Banquet Menu

The Sunday’s Brunch/Banquet menu will have a distinctly Northwestern flavor:

  • Local Organic Field Greens with House Honey Mustard
  • Rainier Apple Salad
  • Bow Tie Pasta Salad
  • Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Dill Crème
  • London Broil with Dijon Mushroom Demi-Glace
  • Scallop Potatoes
  • Focaccia Bread/Butter
  • Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee, an assortment of Tea/Iced Tea
  • Washington Apple Crisp

If you don’t have your banquet ticket yet, there is still time to get one before the convention. At Potlatch it will be first-come/first-served. Banquet tickets are available for pre-order from our ‘Join Potlatch’ page.

    Well, I sure can’t figure out how to buy a banquet ticket from the website; please save a couple for Lin and I and we’ll pay when we get there…
